UPVC Spring Check Valve
The spring-loaded check valve is a fully polymeric non-return valve that allows flow in one direction only and positively prevents backflow. A stainless-steel or polymer-coated spring instantly closes the disc the moment forward flow stops – providing silent, reliable protection against reverse flow.

How It Works
- Forward flow: As little as 0.02–0.05 bar differential pressure pushes the disc against the light spring and opens the valve
- Flow stops or reverses: The spring instantly forces the disc back onto the seat – sealing bubble-tight and preventing any backflow
- The spring ensures immediate closure even at zero velocity, eliminating noise and water hammer
